The FPB not only publishes the results of its research, but also a set of databases. These databases can contain either historical data or forecasts.

The data contained in the files are the results of the projection by gender and unisex of the mortality rates (q-type rate) for Belgium made within the framework of the population projections 2023-2070 (according to the method described in WP 18-09). The resulting transversal and longitudinal life expectancies are also included in the file.

  • The QX_Bel_Fr.xlsx file presents the female (F), male (M) and unisex (U) probability of death for Belgium.
  • The LEX_Bel_FR.xlsx file presents the transversal life expectancy projected for women (F), men (M) and unisex (U).
  • The  GLEX_Bel_FR.xlsx file et presents the longitudinal life expectancy projected for women (F), men (M) and unisex (U).
  • The file Qx_Bel_FR_fulldetails.xlsx contains the elements necessary to calculate mortality tables on the basis of prospective mortality rates.
